3. Product Information & Orders
We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product information on our platform is error-free, complete, or current.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order and to limit quantities ordered per person, per household, or per order.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Custom manufacturing quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Payment & Billing
Payment is required at the time of order unless credit terms have been established. We accept bank transfers, UPI, and major credit/debit cards.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes (GST) will be added at checkout.
In case of payment disputes, our finance team will work with you to resolve the issue within 14 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery dates may vary based on product availability, manufacturing lead times, and shipping destination.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.
6. Returns & Refunds
Custom manufactured products are non-returnable unless they fail to meet agreed-upon specifications. Standard products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
7. Limitation of Liability
Astrion Industries shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
